Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

To club members experienced in design:

I'm very close to finishing a Balanced Cowpens scenario.
I haven't fiddled at all with the pdt file (I swear upon
Molly's pitcher). So this scenario should play just as well
as the historical scenario. And Phil, you will be happy
to know there are hardly ANY rifles in my "balanced"
version!

However, I don't seem to have mastered
linking the OOB to the file of officers' faces.

What's the key sequence to do that? Is it accomplished completely
within the OOB? Or is there a setting in the EDITOR that I neglected?
