As it has been mentioned in another thread,
this URL describes a neighboring link for
understanding the PDT and OOB files and

There's links in the lower left for selecting
OOB, PDT or MAP discussions.

However, it has been pointed out to me that
Campaign 1776 uses a slightly different method
for assigning officer faces to a unit leader.

Does anyone know how it is done?

I am wondering if it is based purely on sequence
of the faces in the officer bmp file.

In other words, does Campaign 1776 place the
FIRST officer's face of the bmp with the first
officer mentioned in the OOB? And the 2nd face
with the 2nd officer mentioned and so on?

In my Balanced-Cowpens scenario, I am trying to
get Tarleton's real face connected up to the
Cowpens bmp file.... but because I have restructured
the OOB, "they don't quite match" at this point.

Any suggestions?
