I was wondering if there is anyone who *prefers* strong ZOC's.

After playing a scenario or two without checking the Weak ZOC
option, I found employing strong ZOC's to be a sort of oddity.

When the two counters are right up against each other,
there is in fact supposed to be an implied gap of 125 feet
between opposing lines. 125 feet (or 42 yards) is
pretty much the normal stopping place for a unit who is
waiting to rush in for a melee (or hesitant to do so).

I see nothing about this range that would imply a strong
ZOC. And so I can only guess that this is why the option is
provided to make them WEAK ZoC's.

I would think that at 42 yards, a unit can either rush in,
or withdraw, without any undue penalties.
