Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

Two days ago, Brig. General Gary McClellan surrendered his army to me at Lundy's Lane. By a nice coincidence, this meant both my one-hundredth major victory as well as my promotion to field marshal (and both came just eleven days short of my fourth anniversary in the club on 19 May). [:)]

Before you join in the celebration--friend and foe invited--I would like to raise my glass in honor of Gary, one of my oldest wargaming friends with whom I have crossed swords many times (as well as fought side by side in a different club), and of all the others, opponents, fellow Brits, and members of the club cabinet, thanks to whom I have had so many enjoyable hours gaming (and talking) in this, my favorite, club. Here is to all the friends in the CCC. [8)]
