Gentlemen, members of the cabinet in particular,
Now that I have seen the CCC archives and thought about how we can share the burden, I would like to suggest some changes. This is my proposal how we can split up the game reports administration:

one member takes care of the administrative points;

another member takes care of the new and end game reports;

yet another member would incorporate the monthly reports from the first two (Excel spreadsheets) into the official CCC archives (also in Excel).

I also suggest we drop the Access version and only work in Excel. If we send the archives to all cabinet members, for example, or to the three members dealing with the game filing each month, we would always have copies.
I have to say that I truely respect the ones who did the job on their own. Really impressive, Garry and Ernie!
Personally, I want to take up any of the three jobs mentioned above (preferably the game reports) and I would really like to run the medal administration. I want to present monthly "management reports" as well in the form of victory/defeat statistics + names of contestants. I have got a full time job and have been warned that all of this might just be a little too much. So, if this proposal is accepted we need two more volunteers. I think it is incredibly fun to get involved into the running of the club in addition to fighting as lions on the green fields of glory.
What do you think of it? Is this acceptable?
