I was just reading one of my new history magazines, and there was an advertisement I thought some in the group might find of interest.

Beginning Jun 24, and running through July 8, there well be the 250th anniversary celebration of the fort.
June 24 - Les Petits Chanteurs d Mont-Royal Boys Choir
June 27 - Parade of Arms and Skirmish in Ticonderoga Village Falls
June 28-29 - 250th Anniversary Battle of Carillon reenactment
July 5 - Day of Scots Commemoration of the Black Watch Regt.
July 6 - Dedication of the Deborah Clarke Mars Education Center
July 8 - French Victory Celbration
