So I was wondering how the games come up with leader point values and how can you change them?

hard coded. dependent upon quality and level and type of loss (kia, wia, capture).

Hey thanks Al, so for example if I wanted Colonel to be worth more points than a Captain I would have to raise the quality of the Colonel?

That could work. It depends as to which "level" each are at.

Easy way to get the values is to make a scn with a ton of leaders and capture some, kill some etc.
