Gentlemen,

We have accumulated a lot of really old games that show as still "In Progress".

In an effort to "clean up" the club's gaming archive the cabinet has decided to cancel all "In Progress" games that are 3+ years old or older. This one time action will include ONLY games that still show as "In Progress" from 2006 thru 2010.

The games in question will not be removed from the archive (so our history will be preserved) .. just shown as cancelled.

All "In Progress" games from January 1, 2011 going forward will remain unchanged (we will endeavor to clean the older of these by contacting individual players on a one on one basis).

As has been our practice each army (plus staff) receives a copy of the complete club archive at the end of each month. Also, any individual member may request a listing of their gaming history or "In Progress" games at any time by emailing a request to the SecWar.

Finally, it will be of great help to the SecWar that any games that just "stop" for whatever reason be reported so we can keep the archive clean going forward.
