Myself and two (perhaps more if someone wants to join before we start) others from my fine 1st Division are seeking opponents in a MP game in Campaign 1776.

Scenario, rules etc. to be discussed between ourselves and our opponents.

So if anyone would do us the honor of meeting us on the field of battle, please reply here.

Seems like everyone is too afraid of the 1st Division, since no one answers to the challenge. 8)

"Too afraid, Too afraid"

Your meagre bleating was lost within the wail of sorrowed miscontent constantly issuiing from the threadbare shambles sometimes called the colonial lines.

Anxious for schooling rebel knaves? Had enough of your frog perfumery and parade ground heraldry and you wish to see how men fight and not pose?

Though old and pastured, I will offer you lessons, and invite any British officer to join with me in rapping the knuckles of these miscreant and beardless schoolboys.

Your servant,

Who, prithee tell, shall stand with me?

Ah Colonel Jones, you do us a great honor by meeting us on the field.

Now lets just hope you can get some team-mates so that you won't stand all alone when you loose the battle.

:D

ahem, yes, indeed - always better to have a worthy colleague upon whom to afix the BLAME !! !! After all, this club is about realism and period-true roleplay, no?!

Stand tall, lads, and let's end this rebellion once and for all so we might return to London in time for debut season.

This means we have a 3vs3! Great!

Now, gentlemen, let us decide on which field of battle we shall choose. Do the British side have anything in mind?

3 vs 3 - most excellent indeed. The affair ought be large enough for three comanders to feel truly useful, I at least would welcome suggestions. And I suppose this does mean I had better finally install the update to C1776 !! =)

Gentlemen,

We actually got a 4th member now, if you are OK with it? If not, then I am sure he won't be offended.

What abour Yorktown or Valley Forge?

I've never played Valley Forge and so that would be interesting for me. It looks suitable for multiplayer too.

The battle has been joined and the Fritishian (French-British-Indian Team :-) ) forces have inflicted heavy losses upon the rebellous colonists.

We anticipate future generations will refer to Valley Forge as "Death Valley" once we are done with our opponents.
