For services above and beyond the call of duty, with diligence and execution of orders to the letter as well as success on the battlefield, His Most Britannic Majesty King George II, has placed you, in full confidence, in command of the:

2nd (Canadian) Brigade, Right Wing (Royal North American Corps), the British Armies in America

You hold all privileges of this command and the authority that warrants it to lead the officers and men of your command in the suppression of the enemy on all fronts. With full trust and faith in your abilities I duly appoint.
