The French had a healthy Draw & still have a Draw but the tide has turned, the British are on the Isle in force at several locations & it appears but a matter of time now, the only remaining question is whether or not it will be a Major or Minor French defeat... :(

It's tough Defending Islands, In the real fort there was only one place where you could land on the island that is why the British never did.

I wish I could claim superior generalship, but alas, I fear it is mostly numbers. Tom has coordinated his defense admirably and I have come near to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory! Which seems to happen a lot in my games!! This is not over yet and will go the duration of the three hours alloted. I hope to claim a major victory for our 'team' as I believe the French have the edge in scoring for the tourny.

"Onward, ever Onward!"

181.c-Isle-aux-Noix_b Has ended in a British Major Victory
by Brigadier General Steve Jones - 23d Royal Welch Fusiliers/1st Brigade/Right Wing/British Army
31 of 36 Turns Completed

The French defenders engaged in a valiant struggle to prevent Isle-aux-Noix
from falling to the enemy but were no match for the force, determination & skill brought to bear upon them.

Capitulating with honor they warmly bestow equal esteem & regard upon their Victorious Protagonist.

Vive le Roi!

Looks like the record keeper spilled the INK.....probably as a result of that wonderful creation by PUSSERS
and incorrectly recorded a game start....Soooooooo

The Battle of Sainte-Foy 062: Quebec_d remains OPEN

Please...no jostling or cutting in line...but please make an orderly advance to the BAR and submit your requests to take on this battle...

...based on the points.....

The BRITISH EMPIRE has a slim lead of 16 points :D :D :D

so THIS battle could decide the fate of the CONTINENT

I will volunteer for the French if it is acceptable to open a game while still in another.
My current match is being delayed while my opponent moves to California.
