To explain a bit more for the members, the Staff is toying with an idea that involves awards/rewards for the membership and polls are a part of the process.....we haven't' hammered out the details yet, but wanted to at least see what people thought...

Garry, i don't know why you are laughing. i have nothing against polls, but don't see why we have to have them specificly with so many other nationalities available. can't we agree that we need to have all nationalities not just polls?
