La Grande Armée - Graduation.


By order of l'Empereur Napoleon I. and Le Grand Quartier-Général Impérial, Sous-Lieutenant Aloiziy Mogarych
is hereby confirmed as having graduated from L'École Spéciale Impériale Militaire.

Général de Brigade Webster, who conducted Sous-Lieutenant Mogarych through the training program

As his training officer, I can confirm that Aloiziy is a strong addition to the French Army.

Don't let his low rank fool you. He is a more than capable opponent for anyone looking for a game.
