I am not a direct descendant of Andrew, but of Andrew's nephew. (Lt. Henry Mershon of the NJ Militia.)

However, if you can spare $1.16M

Thanks, Mike. Your ancestry is fabulous! That is a an interesting property, too. Here's the historical profile for the others to read:

The Andrew Mershon House: Host To Washington~s Army. Although the pristinely preserved stone and clapboard house believed to be The Bear Tavern dates to the early 1700~s, this bucolic 8-acre Titusville property is most notable for hosting the entire Continental Army while en route to the Battle of Trenton. Andrew Mershon, pillar of society and the Revolutionary War, was Keeper of the Inn at the time. The center of the house maintains a warm tavern atmosphere with exposed timbers, brick and stone. A walk-in fireplace is a functional focal point. The up-to-date kitchen also features hallmarks of the period: Dutch doors, hefty wood beams and a large fireplace. The more formal Colonial wing also has fireplaces with delicately carved mantles. Original floors are preserved throughout, including in five bedrooms on the upper levels. The stone terrace, horse pasture and surrounding preserved land perfectly compliment this 18th century treasure. With a studio on-site, total escape from the world is possible.
