Gentlemen,

Lt. Col. Mike Davies has requested some time off and is also stepping down as Commander over the Regional Departments.

Mike has done a great job with the Regional Departments and I am very thankful for his efforts.

Lt. Col. Phil Wilson, who has served as AdC to Mike, is going to take over the post as Commander over the Regional Departments. Phil is a great person and I am sure he will do a great job as new Commander over the Regional Departments.
