Officers of the Colonial American Army, The French Army, The British Armies in America, and The Indian Alliance, let it be known that Private Brain Kramer has completed his training. He is from this day forward commissioned to the position of Corporal in the Colonial American Army and assigned to the Regional Departments. He is hereby granted the authority necessary to perform any and all duties required by the illustrious Colonel Phil Wilson and shall be charged with the brilliant leadership of the <i><b>5th Virginia Light Dragoons</b></i> as well as upholding and promoting the honor of the <b>Regional Departments</b> and the <b>Colonial American Army </b>at all times.

It is so ordered this 11th day of October by His Excellency Lieutenant General Lucas Kling, Commander-in-Chief of the Colonial American Army.
