Just curious.

Several changes in status have benefitted my most worthy French opponents and I have had no opportunity to publicly add to their congratulations. Why are the announcements of the French not posted within this noble house of amite and fraternite (... um did I ever tell you how I feel about my brother)?

An ESL prolem? Surely as we tolerate and try to understand the uneducated twitterings of the oafs of the colonial rabble, we could perhaps glean some understanding from the sing-song, letter-skipping parlaise of the lesser of European breeds, the french.

Especially as my name has been pasted to the rungs of their ladders to fame and promotion I hereby congratulate Tom Philips upon his majesterial elevation as le General and to John Moore for Sergeant (Ensign by now?). Well done, lads, well done indeed!
