Actually Jerry Butley and I are fighting at Quebec, only a few turn left.

Not heard back from Scott after the first turn. :-(

Reporting on the GREAT HORRIFIC BATTLE OF 022: Fort Ticonderoga_e

Featuring:

Maréchal Gary Cope VS Lord McDonald of Bennington

Has been fought to a BLoOdY DRAW

A lack of seige mortors  forced a direct asault on a well prepared and well led defence. In their defiance to His MAjesties FOrces, many a White Uniformed Frenchman fought to his last, but the formidable Guns of Fort Carillon could not be silenced and the Red onslaught was exhausted

We are on turn 16 of 24. The French cannon are aiding in this one too.

The Lord of Bennington is too modest, but I do thank goodness for my French gun emplacements :) Great game Jeff! Movement & counter movement the whole time.

047 in progress! I believe turn 6 or 7 or so. Holy Week has once again forced me to slow my turn rate. But that is over now.

But alas - - - - it is FINALLY golf weather here in Minnesota! (well, for us at least: lows near 30, highs near 60!) so it is time again to take up my annual study of ballistics and the accurate placement of the white round shot!!
