For all ranks to take notice,

For services above and beyond the call of duty, with diligence and execution of orders to the letter as well as success on the battlefield, His Most Britannic Majesty, has placed you, in full confidence and appointment as the:

Left Wing Chief Clerk

You hold all privileges of this command and the authority that warrants the position of second in command of the Left Wing (Royal Anglo-German Corps) and are hereby granted full authority of the Crown & Command to diligently execute this and any duty given to you while at this station. You are also tasked with serving as the principal authority and command in the absence of the Wing Commander and are the rightful claim to the succession of command upon his departure from said position.

With full trust and faith in your abilities I duly appoint.
